queen.ph supports a wide range of Philippine payment methods to make depositing and withdrawing as convenient as possible for Filipino players:

The minimum deposit at queen.ph is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya). For bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank, the minimum deposit is ₱500 due to bank processing requirements.

There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may trigger an additional verification step in line with our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

Withdrawal processing times at queen.ph depend on your chosen method:

Withdrawal requests may be declined for several reasons. The most common ones include:

  • KYC verification is incomplete or documents are pending review

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) is the number of times you must bet your bonus amount before the bonus funds — and any winnings from them — can be withdrawn as real cash.

For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Different games may contribute differently to wagering — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less. Full details are listed in each promotion's terms.

Yes. If you no longer wish to complete the wagering requirements for an active bonus, you can forfeit it through Account Settings > Bonuses > Active Bonuses. Click the forfeit option next to the relevant bonus.

Please note: forfeiting a bonus will also remove any winnings generated from that bonus. Your real-money balance (funds deposited separately from the bonus) will not be affected. Once forfeited, a bonus cannot be reinstated.
